Smoky Burger Hash

Ingredients

  • 4 x Angel Bay Smoky, Tangy & Cheesy Beef Patties (thawed)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 carrot diced
  • 2 cloves of garlic crushed
  • 200 g button mushrooms sliced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • ½ kale bunch roughly chopped
  • 1 handful fresh parsley chopped

Serves 4

Method

  1. Heat a large frying pan over medium heat and add a drizzle of olive oil. Add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for about 8 minutes, turning at times, until they start to colour.

  2. Add the onion, carrot and garlic and crumble over the burger patties. Add the mushrooms, smoked paprika and thyme and cook for 8-10 minutes, tossing at times.

  3. Add the kale for the last few minutes of cooking.

  4. Remove the pan from the heat, garnish with fresh parsley and serve.
