Kiwi Beef Burger with a Classic Onion Dip Mayo

Ingredients

  • 4 x Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties
  • 4 x Brioche Burger Buns, halved and toasted
  • Lettuce Leaves
  • 1 large Avocado, sliced
  • 2 large Tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 c Zucchini Pickles
  • 8 slices Streaky Bacon, cooked
  • Tomato Relish
  • Potato Chrisps, to serve
  • Onion Dip Mayo
  • 250ml Nestle Reduced Cream
  • 1 packet Maggi Onion Soup
  • 2 tsp Malt Vinegar
  • 1/2 c Egg Mayonnaise

Serves 4

Method

  1. MAYO: Stir the reduced cream, soup mix and the malt vinegar together in a bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Stir in the mayo when assembling the burgers.
  2. Cook the burger patties according to the packet instructions.
  3. TO ASSEMBLE: Spread the bun bases and tops generously with the mayo. Place the lettuce on the bases then the Angel Bay Premium Angus Beef Patties. Layer up a good dollop of the tomato relish, avocado, tomato, bacon and the pickles. Add the bun tops and serve immediately.
