Thaw the veggie patties according to the instructions on the pack.
Heat a film of oil on a BBQ hot plate (or in 2 frying pans) and cook the patties, mushrooms and bacon until the mushrooms are tender and the bacon cooked.
Lastly add the halloumi to the hot plate and cook for a couple of minutes until golden on each side.
Arrange a pattie on individual plates. Top with halloumi, avocado, bacon, mushrooms and tomato. Season with salt and pepper and then drizzle with aioli and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
