Cook the Angel Bay Smoky, Tangy and Cheesy Beef Patties according to the instructions on pack.
To make the onion gravy, heat the oil in a sauce pan over a medium heat, add the onions, thyme and sugar.
Cook for about 10 mins until caramelised, then add the balsamic vinegar, cook until almost gone then add the gravy and simmer for 5 minutes.
To assemble, spoon the truffle mayonnaise on the bottom bun, add the patty then top with gruyere cheese and onion gravy. Add a touch of truffle mayonnaise to the top bun and enjoy.
