Ingredients
- 4 x Angel Bay Smoky, Tangy & Cheesy Beef Patties
- 4 x Brioche Buns
- 50g Rocket
- Red Onion, sliced
- .
- Horseradish Cream
- 100g Mayonnaise
- 60g Sour Cream
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1-2 Tbsp Crushed Horseradish
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Serves 4
Method
- Cook the Angel Bay Smoky, Tangy & Cheesy Beef Patties according to the instructions on pack.
- To make the horseradish cream, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
- To assemble, spoon some sauce on the bottom bun, add the rocket, onion and finally the patty. spread some sauce on the top bun and you are good to go.
