Ingredients

  • 4 x Angel Bay Smoky, Tangy & Cheesy Beef Patties
  • 4 x Brioche Buns
  • 50g Rocket
  • Red Onion, sliced
  • .
  • Horseradish Cream
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • 60g Sour Cream
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1-2 Tbsp Crushed Horseradish
  • Salt and Pepper to taste

Serves 4

Method

  1. Cook the Angel Bay Smoky, Tangy & Cheesy Beef Patties according to the instructions on pack.
  2. To make the horseradish cream, mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  3. To assemble, spoon some sauce on the bottom bun, add the rocket, onion and finally the patty. spread some sauce on the top bun and you are good to go.
