INGREDIENTS
- 4 x 40g Angel Bay Super Gourmet Beef Sliders
- 4 x slider buns
- 4 Tbsp of Tomato Relish (we suggest Barker's)
- 1 cup of cos lettuce
- 2 x avocados
- 1 finely chopped red chilli
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 packet of cherry tomatoes
- Jalapeno peppers (optional for serving)
METHOD
- Cook Super Gourmet Beef Sliders according to the instructions on the packet.
- Split and lightly toast the burger buns under the grill.
- Prepare avocado smash with finely sliced chilli, juice of 1 lemon and salt & pepper to season.
- Spread a generous layer of tomato relish on the bottom bun, place lettuce, pattie, avocado smash and chopped cherry tomatoes.
- Replace the bun's top and you're ready to serve.
Serve alone as nibbles or alongside potato wedges for dinner.
