INGREDIENTS
- 4 x 120g Angel Bay Super Gourmet Beef Patties
- 4 x ciabatta buns
- 4 x fried eggs
- 2 x tomatoes, sliced
- 4 Tbsp of Tomato Relish
- 4 x Beetroot slices
- 3 cups cos lettuce
METHOD
- Cook the Super Gourmet Beef Patties according to the instructions on the pack.
- Split and lightly toast burger buns.
- Place a fry pan over medium heat and cook the fried eggs.
- Layer tomato relish on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, pattie, tomato, beetroot, top with the fried egg and enjoy!
