The Kiwi Burger

INGREDIENTS
  • 4 x 120g Angel Bay Super Gourmet Beef Patties
  • 4 x ciabatta buns
  • 4 x fried eggs
  • 2 x tomatoes, sliced
  • 4 Tbsp of Tomato Relish
  • 4 x Beetroot slices
  • 3 cups cos lettuce

METHOD
  1. Cook the Super Gourmet Beef Patties according to the instructions on the pack. 
  2. Split and lightly toast burger buns.
  3. Place a fry pan over medium heat and cook the fried eggs. 
  4. Layer tomato relish on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, pattie, tomato, beetroot, top with the fried egg and enjoy!
