- 4 x 120g Angel Bay Super Gourmet Beef Patties
- 4 x burger buns
- 2 x tomatoes, sliced
- Cheese, sliced
- Red onion, sliced
- 4 Tbsp of mayo
- Lettuce leaves
- Cook the Super Gourmet Beef Patties according to the instructions on the pack.
- Split and lightly toast burger buns.
- Layer the mayo on the bottom bun, followed by lettuce, patty, tomato, red onion and cheese. Serve with homemade chunky chips, a small ramekin of tomato sauce and a drink of your choice.
For something different, get creative with your ingredients and add bacon, pineapple or mushroom if that’s your thing.
