Cooking Suggestions

Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times. To avoid drying out, cover patties during cooking. Do not overcook

BBQ / Hot Plate
Cook from frozen for 5 minutes per side on BBQ or hot plate. -
Conventional Oven
Cook from frozen for 18 minutes at 200°C. -
Microwave (1000w)
Microwave each patty from frozen for approximately 1 minute 5 seconds per side. (Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and oven power).
