Our chevaps are a middle-eastern recipe; they’re lightly spiced and ideal for breakfast, lunch or dinner menus.
COOKING SUGGESTIONS

Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.

Hot Plate / Frypan
Cook from frozen for 4 minutes per side on hot plate or frypan. -
Conventional Oven
Cook from frozen for 11 minutes at 200°C. -
Microwave (1000W)
Microwave each chevap from frozen for approximately 35 seconds per side. (Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and oven power).
