Moroccan Flavour Lamb Patties
Our Moroccan Lamb Burger Patties are a gourmet twist on our lamb patties blended with Moroccan spices.
Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Hot Plate / Frypan
Cook from frozen for 5 minutes per side on hot plate or frypan.
Cook from frozen for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Microwave each patty from frozen for approximately 40 seconds per side. (Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and oven power).
