A mini-version of our Lamb Burger Patties.
COOKING SUGGESTIONS

Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.

Hot Plate / Frypan
Cook from frozen for 3 minutes and 30 seconds per side on hot plate or frypan. -
Conventional Oven
Cook from frozen for 9 minutes at 200°C. -
Microwave (1000W)
Microwave each slider from frozen for approximately 26 seconds per side. (Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and oven power).
