Lamb Burger Patties
Made from succulent New Zealand lamb, our gourmet lamb patties are juicy and full of flavour.
Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.
Hot Plate / Frypan
Cook from frozen for 5 minutes per side on a hot plate or frypan.
Cook from frozen for 20 minutes at 200°C.
Microwave each patty from frozen for approximately 1 minute 20 seconds per side. (Times may vary depending on quantity heated and oven power)
