Cooking Instructions

Must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.

Hot Plate / Frypan
Cook from frozen for 10-12 minutes on hot plate or frypan. Turn often. -
Conventional Oven
Cook from frozen for 8-10 minutes at 200°C. -
Microwave (500W)
Microwave 8 meatballs from frozen for approximately 1 minute 30 seconds, turn and repeat. (Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and oven power).

Beef (80%), Rehydrated Onion, Breadcrumb (wheat flour, water, yeast, canola oil, salt, acidity regulator (262)). Vegetable Oil, Whey Protein Concentrate (milk protein), Salt, Mineral Salt (451), Spices, Hydrolysed Maize Protein.
