Angel Bay Gourmet Lite Beef Patties
We absolutely love our Premium Angus and Super Gourmet Beef Patties, but we know that sometimes, you want to reach for a lighter alternative. That’s why we created our Gourmet Lite Beef Patties, so that when you want a healthy dinner, you can still enjoy the same great taste of an Angel Bay beef patty.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

Remove from packaging before cooking. Product must be fully cooked to centre temperature of 75°C (piping hot). If product is thawed, halve the following cooking times.

Oven Fan Bake
Preheat oven to 200oC. Cook from frozen for 14-16 minutes, turning partway through.

Frying Pan
Cook from frozen on a medium heat for 14-15 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes.

Microwave
Microwave (1000W) each patty from frozen for approximately 1 minute 15 seconds per side. Rest for 1-2 minutes. (Microwave heating times may vary depending on number of patties heated and microwave power).

Air Fryer
Cook from frozen on 180oC for 12-13 minutes, turning partway through. Heating times may vary depending on the number of patties and air fryer power.

Beef (54%), Rehydrated Onion, Breadcrumb (wheat flour, water, yeast, canola oil, salt, acidity regulator (262)), Textured Soy Protein, Egg, Spices, Hydrolysed Maize Protein, Sugar, Soy Protein Concentrate, Salt, Modified Food Starch (1442), Beef Extract.

Keep frozen.
